Parachute Risk OS ("Parachute", "we", "our") is an independent, strictly non-custodial, read-only quantitative risk analytics and liquidation distance calculator. We do not hold, custody, manage, or transfer user assets under any circumstances.
1. Read-Only Architecture (Zero-Trust)
- Zero Execution Capabilities: Parachute is a passive analytical telemetry dashboard and never initiates transactions or account modifications.
- Public Ledger Telemetry: For decentralized protocol monitoring, users provide only a public ledger identifier to read public state via standard RPC nodes.
- Strictly Read-Only Viewer Credentials (AES-256-GCM Encrypted at Rest): For portfolio margin telemetry, viewer credentials are encrypted at rest using authenticated AES-256-GCM.
2. Data Collection, Storage & Encryption (GDPR / CCPA Compliance)
- Telegram User Identifier: We store your numeric Telegram
user_id and preferred interface language (en, ru, zh, ko) to deliver alerts and render the Mini App dashboard.
- Opt-In Emergency Phone Number: If you voluntarily link a phone number for Twilio Voice Guard wake-up calls, it is stored solely to place automated liquidation alert calls when your safety buffer drops below your configured threshold. It is never sold or shared with third-party marketers.
- Instant Data Deletion: You may permanently delete all linked telemetry sources at any time with a single click inside the bot (
